Terms of Service

♡ The use of my art for anything nft related is not allowed.♡ It's also not allowed to use my art for anything related to AI, including it's training.♡ The payment is upfront, that means you have to pay first before I start your commission.♡ Prices are in USD and payments are through Paypal.♡ Commissions are for personal use only with exception of vtuber models. With vtuber models, you will have the rights to the character and you are able to use it for commercial use (Merch, etc.).♡ There are no refunds unless I'm unable to finish your commission.♡ You can send me references for your commission, the more the better!♡ The delivery time depends on my free time. Please allow for anywhere from a week to a month depending on the complexity of the piece. Vtuber models may take longer time.♡ You will be frequently updated on the status of your commission.♡ You can have a maximum of 3 revisions, but you can get as many color revisions as you need.♡ All the commissions will be delivered via email.♡ After more than 3 revisions, an extra fee will be charged.♡ You can upload your commission to your social media and add your watermark to it, but you have to give me the credits.♡ I reserve the original copyright of the artwork.♡ I post all my art on my social media, if you desire to keep it private please tell me in advance.♡ last updated 2023/09/27 ♡
